For client engagements: all custom code, models, pipelines, and documentation produced under a signed SOW are transferred to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in that SOW. A2B retains the right to reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential details) for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Any business information, data, or materials you share with us during an engagement are treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit permission, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A2B AI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
