2. First-Party Cookies and Storage

We do not set any first-party tracking cookies. The only data our own website code stores on your device is a single localStorage entry (a2b_cookie_consent) that remembers your choice on the cookie banner, so we don't ask you again on every visit. This entry contains no personal data and no tracking identifier.

If you accept analytics on the cookie banner, the third-party analytics services described in Section 4 are then loaded and may set their own cookies. If you decline, they are not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

3. Analytics — Plausible (No Cookies)

We use Plausible Analytics as our default, always-on analytics. Plausible is specifically designed to be cookieless and privacy-first:

• No cookies are set — ever.
• No personal data is collected or stored.
• No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
• Your IP address is never stored; it is used only to derive a country-level estimate and then discarded.
• All statistics are aggregated and anonymous.

Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity — Consent Required

Our cookie banner offers three choices, each loading a different set of services:

• Reject — neither service is loaded.
• Allow essential cookies — loads Google Analytics only (aggregate traffic and behaviour).
• Accept all cookies — loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised heatmaps and session replays, which record mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — text input is masked).

These services set the following cookies. If you select Reject, or ignore the banner, none of them are loaded.

Choosing "Allow essential cookies" or "Accept all cookies" is remembered so the banner does not reappear on future visits. Choosing "Reject" is remembered for two weeks, after which the banner will ask again. 5. Services That Do Not Set Cookies

The following third-party services are also used on our website but do not set any cookies in your browser:

• Supabase — our backend database (form submissions only). Contact form data is sent server-side; no client-side cookies or storage are written.
• Web3Forms — form submission email delivery. Operates entirely server-side via a POST request.
• Google Fonts — typography delivery via CSS. No JavaScript is involved; only a standard HTTP request is made to Google's servers, which may log your IP address.
• Font Awesome (cdnjs/Cloudflare) — icon library delivered as a CSS file. No cookies set.

6. What We Do Not Use

We do not use any of the following on this website:

• Advertising or retargeting cookies (no Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or Twitter Pixel)
• Any behavioural analytics without your consent — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept the cookie banner (see Section 4)
• Live chat or CRM widgets (no Intercom, HubSpot, Crisp)
• Cross-site fingerprinting
